We are obsessed with food and keeping you and your family healthy not just now but for generations to come. Just steps away from the Decatur Marta train station with free on-site parking in the back of the building and paid parking in front of the building. We are located near the Decatur Square directly across from the Decatur Recreation Center and Library
Telehealth
We offer telehealth consults by video or phone 7 days a week for both nutrition and lactation counseling and support. Currently, all group classes are offered in a live-online format for your convenience.
