  • Step 1: Health and Human Services Committee

    There are a lot of steps a bill has to take before it becomes a law!

    SB307 has been assigned to the Health and Human Services committee. Our first step is to obtain a hearing from the HHS Committee. Not one of the maternal health focused bills in the state of Georgia has currently received a hearing. That’s where you come in.

    The louder our voices the faster the change! Call Senator Ben Watson and each member eof the Health and Humans Services committee to ask that SB307 is put on the agenda for a hearing. Feeling a little phone shy? No problem!
