  • Achieving a Proper Latch: Master techniques for a comfortable and effective latch to prevent discomfort and ensure adequate milk transfer.

  • Recognizing Baby's Feeding Cues: Understand your baby's signals for hunger and fullness.

  • Breastfeeding Positions and Comfort: Explore various positions to find what works best for you and your baby.

  • Milk Supply and Management: Learn how to establish and maintain a healthy milk supply.

  • Common Breastfeeding Challenges and Solutions: Address potential issues like engorgement, sore nipples, and latch difficulties.

  • Creating a Breastfeeding Friendly Birth Plan: Learn what to discuss with your birthing support group to ensure the best start to your nursing journey

This is a two part class - two 90 minute classes over 2 Sundays.

Investment: $75 (Some insurance companies will cover breastfeeding classes with little to no out of pocket fees)
